1. Returns / Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) intact.

  • Some items may be non-returnable (such as engraved jewellery or made-to-order products). These will be clearly indicated in the product description.

2. Initiating a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or the return request form on our website within the permitted time window.

  2. Provide your order number, item details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for shipping.

  4. Ship the item back to us. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.)

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Please use a trackable courier service and ensure secure packaging to avoid transit damage.

4. Inspection & Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or another method if mutually agreed).

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds / Deductions

Deductions may apply if:

  • The product shows signs of damage, use, or alteration.

  • The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • A restocking fee applies (if stated in advance).

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another product or variant, it may be treated as a return + new order.

  • If the new item is priced higher, you’ll pay the difference; if it’s lower, we’ll refund the balance after inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be handled under the return policy terms.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • After verification, we will replace or refund the item and cover the shipping costs (for both return and replacement).

9. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items — such as clearance products, heavily discounted items, or customized jewellery — are non-returnable.
However, replacement or exchange may be arranged in specific cases within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement or exchanged items will be delivered within 3–5 working days after approval.

10. Disputes

In case of any dispute related to refunds or returns, we will strive for an amicable resolution through direct communication.
Your rights under the applicable Consumer Protection Laws of India remain unaffected.
